So, my week-end of doom. I've to do far too much things to do ;___;

- Watch Nuit et Brouillard --> DONE . And why do I always watch things like that when I'm hungry!!! It's disturbing enough like that (and don't ask why I decided to watch it... well... the teacher kinda asked us to and well)

- See for the gift exchange --> already done, I didn't even have to remember doing that!

- Copy the medievial class I missed --> If I have a boy, I'll call it Zwentigold (but FUCKING BURGUNDY, FUCKING RODOLPHE, and FUCKING BOSON). I have aleady forgotten everything. Medieval genealogy are the worst, they keep on marrying each other it hurts. Beside, I'm pretty sure you all ignored there were a kingdom of Burgundy. A duchy yeah, but also a kingdom....

- Go to the conference about the treaty of Versailles.  ---> I missed it ;_____;. I woke up, and went back to sleep, to wake up to late to go. According to Florie, it was great. One of the subject was about Clemenceau vs Wilson... that would have made me laugh. The others were about the content in itself and its impact on Germany.

- Finish the book about the Roman Empire.

- Tidy my room

- Clean the kitchen

- Buy food --> I HAZ COOKIES

- Buy paper. And find something French to send ---> (do you believe the only pretty things I've found are religious objects?).
Anyway, I've met a communist demonstration along the road, discover Emmanuel Moire is in town and that there will be dedicaces of artist having worked on WWI next week. This is relevant to my interest. And I bought a waffle :3
I also discovered nice citations of children... They are so cute!
"The difference between boys and girls, it's because boys have a willy and girls have plaits."
"There are no trees in the desert because nobody made water grow there"
"Secretaries are women who know secret about their boss, but can't say anything". It work better in French : secretary is "secrétaire", who can be understood has a mix of "secret" (secret) and "taire) (not to speak about something)

- Take care of my health care paper

- Take care of my CAPES paper --> I know what I have to send. Tomorrow : post and photocopy

- Write the essay about European borders --> Have the problematic and have the plan. But my brain is dead, so I'll  check everything tomorrow. But the biggest is  down!

- Begin the essay about Religion peace

- Blackmail Daddy to give me the Tudors. --> I told him. Now I hope he will do it.

- Look at the geography books. --> done

- Write for the Nano

- Shoot myself

I can do it. I can do it.
Otherwise, my cold is getting better, my class are still great (British history teacher *o*) And I'm going to Paris next wednesday (I'll probably do some homeworks there among with the writing!)

And I have currently a Matmatah addiction XD

At the beginning, there were three towers, three buildings standing alone on the scene, which slowly, slowly lighted up, as if all the windows were shinning.
People of light were climbing imaginary stairs, probably going to wherever the top was.
Some of them were even falling, their body into the void like puppets with broken joints.
And in the background, an obsessive music making my heart beat faster and my voice scream louder.

Then it was dark.

And we got the uprising :3

I forgot how awesome they were. God 2 years and half I was waiting for them to come back, and now, my only wish is to see them again. They are wizards, music is their spell, and I was totally bewitched yesterday night.
You should have seen the crowd. Uprising, Hysteria, Time is running out, Knights of Cydonia... It was mad!
I don't regret at all this birthday present.

Except that...
The first part wasn't very great. I don't know if they had a problem with the sound but I didn't understand a world they were singing, except "collapsing". I didn't even catch their name (very intelligent to begin playing when the other one is chatting)
And the car park. One of the first entry on this blog was about the concert of Placebo, 3 years ago, and I was already complaining how bad the organisation was. Well, copy-paste the rant, nothing has changed at all!
And my throat was fucking hurtiiiiiiiiiiiing ;_______;

Now I shall write for the Nano. The first k was aweful, I wasn't in the mood, I didn't manage to catch the feelings of my main character and there's actually no fun in writing all alone (beside my cousins were at home, so I couldn't do it a lot). I still miss around 2k, but it shouldn't be a problem anymore.

It's a little early, but...

I'm sick.
Well just kinda sick - as always, nothing worse dying in my bed or even complaining about it. I have a cold since last week, and homeopathy is currently adding sore throat, canker sore, coldsore and... eczema in my ears D:. Should be better in a few days, but it's very irritating to feel ill during holidays.

In less than 1 hour, the Nano will begin - I'm not at the kick-off, I'm not on IRC, I'm not chatting with the Nanogang, and I haven't finished all the researches I wanted to hold ;____; I can't believe it's already November and everything is happening again. And I can't even kill Christmas Father this year bouhouhou

But at last, I spent the evening with Cuppy and got the ultimate excuse to avoid Halloween : we were in the theatre, watching Mic macs à Tire-Larigot, from Jean Pierre Jeunet. Weird as usual, we're talking about Jeunet after all, but I like his universe, a mix of a real and a fantasy Paris (Gare de l'Est *3*). Moreover is was funny. Not the love at first sight thing I had for Amélie Poulin but still a good movie.

Yesterday afternoon I drove my bros and my cousin to the Lorraine American cimetery. I discovered a few month ago the biggest American cimetery in Europe was an 1 hour away from home, in Saint Avold, so I couldn't resist the call of History and forced the boys to go with me. Not to pay taxes, I didn't take the highway, and we... nearly got lost. Just a little... just enough for the 'cambrousse lorraine' to strike back XD. Driving in the middle of the fields, not knowing if the next village will have road signs... the usual. It took longer but we manage to get to Saint Avold.

I've already visited the American cimetery in Colleville which is far more well known. I've always been intrigued by the organisation, the symbolic. I still don't know how I feel about it, I've mixed feelings, mixed impressions - the day I'll be able to put words on those, I'll let you know. But it's still funny to make the old joke ' we're technically in the USA!!! Wouhou!', cause the place was given to the US ^^

Gzzz. 1st of November. I won't write right now - instead I'm goind to bed, to be ready for Muse this night, with [info]myrtilleuh and half of my family :3

To avoid future problems, I should get a tatoo with the number of kisses I'm expecting when I greet someone.
That would avoid a lot of miscommunication since I always forget there's only one in Belgium... and it's weird when I try to get the second one :(!!!

I went to Liège to animate a stand about ATLA during the Asianim convention. It was great! I met lots of funny people, I enjoyed myself and I laughed a lot. Except my legs and feet were hurting like hell ^^.

So during this week-end I:

did a lot of things )

Now Daddy just saw the end of Apocalypse (haaaa the Free France/US drama *3*), and tonight we're watching the Empire Strikes Back!

Oh, Just for the crack, because it was actually faster to go to my parents'  through this dear old Luxembourg  than through France (Paris, Paris, Paris...)...

Dear buddies, I've got a question : for you, where are Europe's limits?
(because if you can give me some, I marry you right now)

So things which happened this week :

- As you can see, I changed my LJ layout and profile. I had had the urge since the beginning of the year, I only had the want to do it last week, so I did :3. And thank you for the link [info]silverskies0117

- I've witnessed my first demonstration of farmers milk producer s last friday- they burned wood, threw straw everywhere and thousands of them paraded with their tractors. I was late that day so I couldn't go back home and take the camera :( and I only took pictures when I was back from class six hours later. The town was stinking all day long.

- I've fucked up my exam - subject : the impact of the French territory development. In fact we all did, so maybe it'll be ok considering the class level. But I'm not satisfied even if everybody is saying it was impossible to finish the paper in such a short time (2 hours for drawing a map and write the intro, conclusion and structure of our essay, das ist unmöglich!).

- I think I'm having a crush on my British history teacher. Not that he's beautiful or very exciting during class, he can be quite boring in fact, but I don't know, he has his charm. Or it's just the subject and then I'm doomed.

- The child is deaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad
=(
=(

I was fearing less action in the Village français, I was totally wrong! OMFG, the last two episodes were trully epic.... The way discrimination against Jews was shown was very very very disturbing (because the subject is very very very disturbing after all), the little boy is dead and he was so cute, it's so unfair! And Lucienne ;____; My romantic side can only approve of the lovely German soldier, but we all know how it will end.

- Victouille went to the hospital for an eye chirurgy. Apparently it went very well - Mutti said he hurt far less than the last time, and that he was just bored. so big hugs to my dear little brother of love. I hope you'll be better when I'm home.

- For a project, I had to take photos of the cathedral, so here are some pictures of Amiens!
PHOTO )

- [info]myrtilleuh ... Muse approche (d'ailleurs Muse en live sur Taratata avec Matt qui explique pourquoi il chante en français *3*) donc... il faut ORGANISER tout cela èé!!!

So... Tomorrow I'm off to Belgium - I'm animating a manga convention in Liège. Then I'm going back to Lorraine for the week !
See you soon.

I'm so happy for him. He's so lucky it hurts >.< (no I don't wait for pictures, I totally don't)

To continue with the family stuff, my sister is now 11! Yes eleven! I was the same age, in the same class, in the same school when she was born! I remember I distributed candies to everyone in my class to celebrate the event! I feel so strange, even old in a way, because it's really a step. I'll be 22 next month, she's 11. Time flew so fast, I just would like her... to stay a child a little longer. I know it's impossible, only... I don't feel ready enough to see her become a young girl.

So random news:
- I have a kyst. But it didn't get infected so it may live my body without getting infected and without the need of meds! A great change considering the last ones...
- André Pierre Gignac... It's your fault if I start liking football! But I'm so happy they won youhou!
- I'm back watching Yann Barthes. I missed the Grand and the Petit Journal...Really I liked the parallel tonight: Gandrange = Sarkozy's Irak... I live near that factory. BUT PLEASE LEARN HOW TO PRONOUNCE METZ CORRECTLY èé (my ears are bleeding, is it so difficult?)
- I shouldn't have opened the TV program. Now I'm aware Un village français and Nicolas le Floch are back on TV.
Un village français was quite good. Realisation could have been more... lively (but considering the usual level, I won't complain) and I fear some clichés are happening, but it pleased me. Still ambiguous, still moraly weird (the teaser sentence "he couldn't prevent himself, he didn't resist" still makes me shiver) and still so romantic... I can't wait for next week!
Nicolas Le Floch... I fear I won't be at home to watch the show ;__;. No Sartine and his wigs for me, it's a shame
- I like my thursday class - because we learn people can lie. I just think the teacher forgets to include himself but it's damn hard to counter  his arguments.
- I'm a mod at [info]hetalia_fr :3
- I have the family camera. Wait for some pictures.
- JeanSarkozyPartout is the future, don't resist! Without entering the debate, I think that his credit is totally destroyed for the major part of the population. Good or bad thing, I guess you can tell my opinion about it. And he so looks like the Prince Charming in Shrek XD (with his royal father, the nickname totally fits!!!!)
- I wanna change my LJ layout, but I don't know exactly what I want...

It has been raining non stop since last Monday ;___;
I usually love rain, but in Picardy, it makes me depressive. When it rains, it's cold - you spend your morning trying to heat up, to no avail. When the rain stops for a little while, the air becomes hot and humid, so you're sticky with sweat (because of the warm jacket of yours). But the sky remains grey, and as we usually say "ça donne le cafard".
But we do need water. It's for a good cause.

So yeah... Last week, I should have gone to Paris.
Manu wanted to go out all night long for the Nuit Blanche with his fellow warriors before going back to London, but thanks to our wonderful lack of organisation, we didn't do anything. It's a good thing, because he chose the wrong day anyway (the Nuit Blanche wasn't on friday, how farmers we are >.<). So the party is tomorrow night!
And saturday night I had a nice evening chat with the Avatar team. Our project of convention in Belgium runs well, and I'll probably go the last week-end of October to help liven up. If Murphy (kss kss) decides to let me alone.

School is doing well.
I got my M1, and for now, my fight against the administration is doing well. Tomorrow, I have to pay the school fees, and everything would be done.
The CAPES class are great! But we are all under the impression the questions of this year are tricky little bitches made to bash the current world and government policies. In ancienne and contemporaine, what we all talk about is imperialism and you can be sure at last once in the hour, we get an allusion or a comparison to the US behaviour. And in the Food class it's all about the epic!fail of the ultra-liberal theories and praising the role of State. And this morning we got some nice ecologist bashing -.-'
It's really the "Our government is fucked up, let's get you some nice Republican values - you know you want a Revolution, you know it!" spirit.
Oh, and Florie is trying to seduce me with German class - I see if I can go. I already have English class (with the teacher who makes all the boys drool XD) but it would be very nice to hear some German once again.

Except that...
Galli ruined all my attempt to rise my current musical level. Galli, my alligator, I love you ~3~
I listenened to the new Emilie Simon's album, Dreamland, and even if it's nice, I still don't know if her new musical world, very much alike to Kate Bush's, is better than her former one. She lost something in the process but I still can't measure the gains.
The new Eiffel is wonderful! And yes, I was right, Bertrand Cantat appears as a guest-star - I'm not here to judge if it's a good thing or not, considering what happened. I'd just say the song is lively, somehow engaged and rocky so I like it.
Oh! And I'm rediscovering Tryo. I've never been an hardcore fan of them, even if they did good songs; only this album... I'm liking it more and more. To the point I cry each time I listen to this song :

*Une larme à Paris, une rose pour Pinochet, le temps n'a pas enfui le palais d'Allende... criiiies*

And to finish the music part, classical concert on the 22nd.

I'm going back to Lorraine on saturday morning. I'll be deaaaad gzz. But I can't wait for seeing my family again. And my kiens d'amûûûûûûr.
And my cousin - I've heard she went to the hospital after getting very sick... (40°C of fever! D=). Her bro didn't tell me anything bad about her yesterday, so I'm sure she's fine by now ^^
Since I'm talking about health.. I have the nasty feeling my annual kyst will say 'hello' to me this month - yeaaaah it's back. At the same spot as last time, in the middle of my back, could have been worse *shudders at some memories*.

I'm feeling all strange.

Mutti just told me one of the boy who used to hang around near our house (nothing bad, they usually spent their time sitting and talking) was killed last week. According to Mutti he was a normal teen, polite and all. He got into a fight with one of his friend - that friend got home to take a knive, and when he returned, he stabbed it directly into the poor boy's heart.

The worst part of all is that I know who's the murderer. He used to be a friend of Ben, my brother, 10 years ago. I still remember the time we alerted all the street because we thought Ben was lost - in fact he and this friend had just gone to buy candies at the other side of the village.... Daddy called him 'le roquet'... If we had known he could bite...

And my grandfather is ill. He got something while he was in Tunisia. So far meds didn't help at all. Since he has lots of health problem, I'm worried - but Mutti didn't seem too bad, so it can't be so dangerous... Still...

On a brighter note, I've seen François Hollande yesterday to gave him my paper - I'll present it next tuesday.
IUFM is ok, and this year program is very cool. Even if it will be hard, at last it will be interesting! If you wanna know what I'll be studying this year, follow the cut

Warning : historical geekiness )

I'm back from London!

The last time I've been to England, it was in 2002, with my English class - we were pretty lucky to go, because with our über paranoid teacher, everything was possible. I have very good memories of this trip : for us everything was more or less "weird" and "funny" when it wasn't the same as in France. And there was a huge advertisement with Ewan McGregor on it, so sure I appreciated the journey :3

Here is the summary of the week-end. Tomorrow, if I'm brave, I'll tell you about the epic fail of the IUFM (if you fear French administration, know that the IUFM's is as bad)

Yesterday was a nice day.
If you except the aftermath of my two vaccines - tetanos and uterus cancer : I was cold all day long... Well I don't have a prostate, let's be positive...

It began with a documentary about the US Civil war. I had it since...february or something but I didn't have the access code to watch it - f*cking parental control on the recorder.
It was about the beginning of the war, the rise of tensions between the North and the South, the problem of slavery, and the important men of the period so it was pretty interesting ^^.

Then the Resistance has arrived. *3*
Oh god, Muse...

The album is definitely a Muse album - sometimes it reminds me a little of Showbiz or Absolution, but the first time I've listened to it, I thought they have mixed all their usual stuff and put it in a wrong order. Not a bad one, of course not, but not the one we're used to - as if they were playing with the ones listening to them.
Just... WTF Matt... Were you drunk when you spoke French? O_o... *my eaaaaaaarss*

And the night, I watched Apocalypse
It's very very great, I can't wait for the last 2 episode next week. This week, it was about 1941 and 1942 : Barbarossa, Pearl Harbor, the Shoah, some epic fail of Staline or Mussolini and even some introduction to the Free France drama :D (I hope we'll get some Giraud/De Gaulle loving next time *ironyyyy*) - and my god, I'm falling in love with Matthieu Kassovitz once again... His voice ~~

This morning, my mom saw me playing the FSM game - she found it hilarious
Tomorrow, I'm back to school. As always my motivation is running faaaar away from me. But I read something about concerts in the cathedral, so I'll try to move my ass to see what the event is.
The same day, my grand-parents are going to Tunisia D: - I'm jealous

And this week-end, I'm going under the sea, under the sea. Aka I'm going to see Coldplay with [info]lilibel , at Wembley Stadium, London.

Oh, I should never have introduced my bro and parents to Helmut Fritz :(
Because now, ça m'énerve.

September has really come. It's more rainy and windy. The sun is still here, but it's not the same as before. I went out with the dogz of love, two days ago, under the rain, I've missed doing this kind of thing. I can't wait for autumn!

Yesterday I went to Amiens. To bring some of my belongings there before the year starts.
It was nice to get back to my house and to see Fleur again. Some changes had been made - I've a new fridge, new plants, the TV has a real place in the living-room and I can fangirl on my ducky of love once again :3. It is better than ever. Oh, and I have a new coloc, but she wasn't there so I'll meet her in two weeks!
Then Ben got his piano and we went eating into a restaurant with food from Savoie. Yeaaaah, raclette, tartiflette, croziflette and maroilles in the same place, in the middle of Picardie XD.

When returning home, the boys asked for listening to the football match on radio. France-Romania. Usuallly, I would say football is totally boring but... the commentator was made of win. His voice, my god! He's speaking with his nose, he pronunced the l very strangely (he rolls them) and sometimes has the very girly voice. of a fangirl I've checked, he's from Marseille - only it's totally not the accent of the south. But damn, we kept on laughing all the journey long *3*

If it wasn't for Pierre-André Gignac, I would totally quit TV for radio. I'll see on wednesday!

Except that...
I went to watch Inglorious Basterds once again. I was supposed to go on a local cinema which had the original version, but I ended with the French one. Dommage, but anyway, it was even better the second time. Oh Landa. You and your Bingo
And I began to take care of administrativ papers. Aka the war against university will soon open once again *my gun is ready and my will is made of iron. I can do it*
I got my shoot of Doctor Who - long life to France 4.

Now Ben has a piano. Never touched one before and he's already playing the Imperial march, from Star Wars. Or some music from the Lord of the Ring. Nice bro.

I got pretty scared tonight, because Gizmo started whining and squirming without any reason.
We first thought it was nothing but since he carried on, we checked on him, feared he was bitten by a nasty ant - or that he ate something he shoudn't have - and that he was ill and in pain.
Camiche also began to cry, so I had to confort the dog and my dear sister. But I admit I was not well - I love my dogs so much I don't want to think about their death. Gizmo got me pretty worried.
Finally, either he had a little stomach ache (he eats everything he finds), either he was missing Daddy or Mutti.

Anyway, now I'm fine again, fine enough to bash about IE. So everything's ok.

Except that, I'm on a historical mode, and I've noticed to historical tendancies :
- for strange reason, France 2 had a Henri IV vibe. Maybe because it was Saint Barthelemy two days ago (the Neighbourg wasn't there so no threat to get a knife into my belly XD) - but I miss the documentary about him D: Well, there's still the show tonight, but it's a France 2 production, so I have good reasons to be afraid (boring and... boring)
- seems we'll get some WWII in september. For the 70 years? Emission with new pictures and all + a film about Manouchian group. I was pretty  surprised when I read the article about the movie and the interview of the director. He was saying nobody knew about them anymore - sure I can't tell you he details of their actions, but the 'Affiche rouge' is pretty well known. And now I'm reading  the poem Aragon dedicated to them, it rings a bell - I don't remember when I studied it, but I did (maybe also when I visited the Mont Valérien... )

Speaking of WWII....
Christopher Waltz, marry me :D
Thanks to you and Tarantino, I'll never see a glass of milk the same way.
Even if the French version of the movie... is the dumbest version ever. The absolute proof French have a damn problem with English - they didn't translate the German part, they let the English part in the first scene, because you need it to understand something, so why did they translat the rest of the English part?
BINGO!

... And Shossana's dress is wonderful, I want the same.

Et Lili, j'ai bien reçu ton livre. Merciiiiii.
